Mortgage Branch Manager

Experienced Texas Licensed Mortgage Branch Managers will find a full-time remote opportunity in Houston, TX, where they will oversee branch operations, manage sales teams, and ensure adherence to company policies while driving production and pipeline management. Key responsibilities Oversee all branch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Collaborate with sales and operations teams to execute company goals and conduct training sessions Recruit top mortgage professionals and maintain strategic client relationships to achieve sales targets Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
