Seeking experienced top producers or current Branch Managers, the full-time Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales, recruiting, administration, and staff supervision while working remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area. Key responsibilities Manage branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines while serving as a liaison to corporate divisions Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company sales goals and execute corporate objectives Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions on industry updates and company policies Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA loan programs Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
