Business Development Representative

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative ready to generate and qualify pipeline for the sales team.

TECH STACK & TOOLS

Salesforce or HubSpot as the CRM Outreach or Salesloft sequencing outbound cadences Apollo.io or ZoomInfo powering prospecting and data enrichment Gong for call recording and coaching

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales owner Run discovery conversations that get to the heart of prospect needs Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM Team up closely with Account Executives on handoffs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, coachable, and resilient Ready to take on high-volume outbound prospecting Genuine interest in AI and technology

NICE TO HAVE

Prior SDR/BDR experience at a B2B SaaS company Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)

COMPENSATION

$58,000–$75,000 base / $78,000–$100,000 OTE + equity. Target pay generally maps to years of directly relevant experience: 0–1 years $58,000–$65,000 base / $78,000–$88,000 OTE; 2+ years (prior SDR/BDR experience) $65,000–$75,000 base / $88,000–$100,000 OTE.
