Regional Lead/Principal Engineer & Preconstruction Manager, PE job in the San Francisco Bay Area
This is a permanent, full time position that offers a great salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our team in designing, estimating, writing proposals, and executing projects
- Manage and train Design Engineers
- Coordinate with Principal Engineer and VP
- Meet with Owners and General Contractors to win upcoming projects and exceed their expectations on current projects
- Attend Preconstruction meetings
- Communicate with Architecture and Engineering firms on projects
- Write proposals
Requirements:
- Active PE License in CA and BSME
- Familiar with Design-Build, Title 24, and OSHPD
- Advanced hands-on technical knowledge with CAD, Revit, Trace, HAP, among other applications
- Work for a medium or large commercial hvac or plumbing construction company for 5+ years
- Stable work-history
- Local
