Location: Duluth, GA, 30096 Position Type: Contract – 3 Months Contract End Date: December 31, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Rotational Saturdays, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM | 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

The Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II is responsible for providing high-quality patient service while safely and accurately collecting, processing, and preparing blood and other clinical specimens for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections accurately and safely.
• Collect specimens from Pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
• Verify patient identification and demographic information.
• Ensure specimens are properly labelled in the patient's presence.
• Process and prepare clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Provide clear explanations of procedures and create a comfortable, professional patient experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
• Support multiple Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as business needs require.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call shifts as required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, when applicable.
• Ability to travel between locations with minimal notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of Patient Service Center experience.
• Phlebotomy certification.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Korean, Mandarin, or Vietnamese language skills.
