Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: New Bern, North Carolina Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $72,000 annually Date Posted: 05-12-2026 Role Summary We’re looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8–10 clients, you’ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability.
