Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.

Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, skills: strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace), education: high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred, physical: ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs., certifications: current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized personal training certification is a plus.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
