Tax Supervisor | $115k to $130k | Sugar Land | Hybrid 5+ Years Public Accounting Experience | CPA or EA Preferred Some firms make you wait for responsibility. Big enough to offer interesting clients and genuine career progression, but small enough that you're never lost in layers of management or waiting for someone to retire before you can move up. As a Tax Supervisor, you\'ll be reviewing returns, mentoring junior staff and becoming a trusted point of contact for clients. You\'ll work with a varied portfolio including high net worth individuals, S Corps and non-profits, giving you the opportunity to build relationships as well as technical expertise. The role comes with more ownership, not just more work. Hybrid working is built into the week, with 2 days from home, and busy season is refreshingly manageable, typically peaking around 55 hours for relatively short periods during the spring and autumn rather than dragging on for months.
