We pride ourselves on utilizing a holistic approach that incorporates the latest rehabilitation techniques to support a diverse range of individuals, from athletes to seniors, all striving to reclaim their mobility and enhance their physical well-being.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited program (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises.A demonstrated ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.Familiarity with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for precise clinical documentation and patient management.A solid understanding of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by current research findings.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting.Proven experience with a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation.Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., sports medicine, geriatric therapy) would be advantageous.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
