Program Manager

Role Description

itD is seeking a Program Manager, Gong Engage to build and lead the engagement framework that drives successful adoption and long-term utilization of a global sales engagement platform across a large enterprise organization. This role will establish governance, stakeholder alignment, content engagement strategies, and product feedback processes that enable sustained seller productivity and business impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise program management, sales enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering scalable operational frameworks that improve adoption and business outcomes.

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the governance framework that aligns cross-functional stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a global sales platform initiative.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing engagement model that supports the creation, refresh, and optimization of sales plays and content across regional teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment, communication strategies, and change management efforts to support large-scale platform transitions.
• Establish scalable engagement structures, operating cadences, and collaboration models that drive adoption across business functions and geographic regions.
• Partner with internal product management teams to capture, prioritize, and communicate platform enhancement requests and product feedback.
• Define, monitor, and report on program engagement, adoption, and success metrics to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with sales enablement, operations, and regional leadership teams to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement of program initiatives.

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale program management initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with the Gong platform, including Gong Engage and related capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build governance models, stakeholder engagement frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience defining and tracking program adoption, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating global or multi-regional programs across diverse business functions.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and operational program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and the broader revenue technology ecosystem.
• Background in sales enablement, seller productivity, or go-to-market operations.
• Familiarity with run-the-business (RTB) frameworks and sales play methodologies.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms and enterprise sales technology implementations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
