Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional and organized Bilingual Office Assistant in Arlington, TX to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries; maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and employee records; managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for leadership; and preparing reports, correspondence, and other internal documents as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements :

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, and writing)
Must have 6-12 months of office experience
Must have strong Customer Service experience
Comfortable with CRM platforms; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a bonus
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00/hour
