Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual business and market plans to achieve hotel occupancy and revenue goals
Lead and coach motivated sales and marketing teams to execute effective policies and strategies
Drive client engagement through meetings, events, and industry networking
Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for maximum profitability
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth communication across departments
Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze market trends to refine strategies

Revenue and Systems Management

Create strategic revenue management plans to maximize hotel profitability
Oversee revenue generation through major distribution channels and catering sales
Ensure efficient use of sales systems and technology to enhance team connectivity

Essential Sales Functions

Generate and develop leads from group event planners
Lead persuasive sales presentations and represent the hotel in client meetings
Monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met and identify new business opportunities
Organize and participate in sales meetings to foster team collaboration and success

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Hybrid work model with approximately 60% travel
Associate degree or equivalent education
