Community Manager I

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our online community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with community members, facilitating discussions, and ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in community management or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building communities Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with community members to foster a sense of belonging and engagement Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Develop and implement strategies to grow and support the community Plan and execute engaging events, campaigns, and initiatives to increase community participation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with overall business objectives Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
