This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who has been waiting for the chance to run their own cases and make strategic decisions for their clients.What Will You Be Doing?Independently managing your own family law cases from start to finish, with support available when neededWorking directly with clients and making strategic decisions on their casesBilling a minimum of 110 hours per month (~5 billable hours per workday)Collaborating with the firm's principal attorney and staff as neededProviding high-quality representation while maintaining reasonable caseloadsKey Requirements5+ years of dedicated family law experience (not a training position)Ability to independently manage cases without hand-holdingDetail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skillsLicensed to practice law in CaliforniaWillingness to work primarily in-office in San DiegoRole ResponsibilitiesIndependent management of family law casesDemonstrate ability to handle responsibilitiesMaintain high-quality representationEnsure work-life balance
