The supervisor ensures lifeguards are in proper uniform, manages lifeguard rotation and breaks, and maintains alertness and vigilance. Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, administering first aid, and maintenance of the facility (e.g., cleaning stainless steel surfaces, cleaning locker rooms). The role also includes opening and closing the facility, completing daily reports, and testing pool chemicals. Must be 18 or older (not in high school) and have lifeguard and CPR/AED certification. Responsibilities Supervise lifeguard staff and ensure proper rotation, breaks, and alertness. Enforce pool safety rules and administer first aid when needed. Perform facility maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning stainless steel, locker rooms). Open and close the facility and complete daily operational reports. Test and monitor pool chemicals to ensure safe water quality. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older; not in high school. Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED certification required.
