Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Diagnose various mental health issues, formulate treatment plans, and provide effective therapy, adjusting approaches as necessary based on client progress.

• Conduct therapy sessions across multiple formats including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group counseling.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making appropriate changes to treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and therapeutic interventions, particularly focusing on children and adolescents.

• Lead supportive parent groups and facilitate discussions on sensitive topics such as placement and adoption for prenatally substance-exposed children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on a varied client demographic, consisting of adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families facing challenges such as relationship difficulties, parenting issues, mental and emotional disorders, and more. Your work will significantly contribute to the mental wellness of clients, providing them with tools to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• An accredited Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active certification and licensure within the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing direct therapy services to clients is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position offers an annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000.
