Estimated annual base pay: $115,000 (minimum) – $149,000 (midpoint) – $184,000 (maximum). Key Responsibilities Lead programs and mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Accountable for program results and for program artifacts (strategy, benefits, scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, project integration, ROI, etc.). Lead program governance and be accountable for program gates and deliverables along the project life cycle. Key Skills Leadership (indirect): lead cross-functional teams with vision, motivation, and emotional intelligence; build trust, inspire collaboration, and drive team performance; take ownership of the program. Strategic Thinking and Alignment: align programs with organizational strategies and goals; understand broader vision and ensure projects contribute to it. Communication: effective communication to executives, team members, and stakeholders; tailor messages and facilitate clear communication. Stakeholder Management: engage, influence, and manage stakeholders; address needs and concerns. Risk Management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans. Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: apply critical thinking, analyze data, use metrics and KPIs to track progress and address issues. Financial and Resource Management: manage budgets and resources efficiently across multiple projects. Program Governance: establish decision-making frameworks, accountability, and oversight; ensure compliance with policies and standards. Change Management: manage organizational change and drive stakeholder buy-in. Technical Program Management: coordinate multiple interrelated projects using advanced methodologies (e.g., Agile at Scale, Lean Portfolio Management) and tools (Planisware, Jira); manage dependencies and maximize value across the program; communicate progress with executives and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. PMP certification preferred.
