Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, establishing a clear understanding of their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are responsive to patient requirements, treatment goals, and personal preferences, using evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure accountability in our therapeutic approach.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care, addressing the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and maintain awareness of the latest research and treatment advancements.

• Conduct advocacy efforts for mental health awareness and stigma reduction while actively addressing the needs of marginalized populations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
