Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups while utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive client care and collaboration with other healthcare providers.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care and emerging research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. Your role will involve developing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and safety, which are essential for effective treatment. We focus on providing culturally competent care that respects and accommodates the unique backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards pertinent to the practice of counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse population of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and familiarity with telehealth best practices.

• Background in community mental health services and culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside the opportunity for performance bonuses.
