Job Requirements: In This Role, You Will

• Lead and inspire the sales team toward consistent performance and growth
• Provide hands-on coaching and meaningful development to sales consultants
• Introduce fresh strategies and modern approaches to the sales process
• Create a positive, professional, and accountable sales culture
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, customer engagement, and overall performance
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve both short- and long-term objectives
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the exceptional level of service and professionalism associated with Lexus
