This is more than a traditional business development role. It is an opportunity to lead mission-driven lending and community investment initiatives that help businesses grow, neighborhoods strengthen, and families thrive.

As Director for Business Development, you will help guide and grow key economic development initiatives, including:

The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, a separate 501C3
Lehigh and Northampton Counties Revolving Loan Fund
Strategic partnerships and community investment opportunities
Business outreach, relationship development, and funding growth

You will lead a passionate team, build meaningful community partnerships, and help shape innovative solutions that expand economic opportunity across the Lehigh Valley.
