In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent — including Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data roles — while also building a talent pipeline for future hiring. You will act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the talent needs of the organization are met, consulting on recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing through offer presentationDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcingConduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organizationUse assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' qualificationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experienceProvide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment processPartner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their technical talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidanceDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific technical roles and teamsKnow the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow technical talent networksIdentify areas for process improvement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategyProvide regular reports and insights to leadership to drive data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge and best practicesMaintain up-to-date records in our ATSQualifications3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., Technology, Engineering, Product, Data)Proven ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment processProficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platformsProven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectivelyExperience utilizing job boards, target company sourcing, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidatesKnowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholdersProficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft SuiteAbility to work onsite 3 days a week in our Waltham, MA officeThe estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $75,000-$85,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
