Position Overview:
As an Assistant Press Operator, you will support the flexographic printing team by assisting with various production tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing inks, loading film rolls, conducting quality checks, and assisting with press changeovers. This hands-on role provides a comprehensive learning experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, perfect for those eager to develop industry-specific skills.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• No prior experience required—training provided for the right candidate

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment is a plus

• Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance tools, and ISO standards is advantageous

• Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills

• Positive attitude with a eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team setting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
