Overview As the Pipeline Leasing Professional, you will be the face of our communities, creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents while helping drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the apartment rental process, from attracting and qualifying prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move‑in procedures. Build rapport with prospective and current residents through professional, responsive communication. Support multiple communities while delivering a consistent, high‑quality resident experience. Partner with community teams to achieve occupancy goals and maintain strong resident relationships. Balance a sales‑focused approach with a commitment to service, integrity, and attention to detail. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour 20% rent discount Property staff shared renewal commissions (paid monthly) Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly Employee referral program (earn up to $750 per referral) Medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, and long/short‑term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package may be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, which could result in total compensation outside this range. Hours & Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Some weekend hours may be required. Schedule subject to change based on business needs. What We Expect From You Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel between communities. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
