We are hiring experienced Solar Sales Closers who can confidently run in-home or virtual appointments and close high-quality solar deals .
This is a full-cycle closing role (no entry-level candidates) designed for proven performers who understand consultative selling, financing structures, and objection handling in residential solar. Run in-home and/or virtual consultations with qualified homeowners
Guide customers through financing options (cash, loan, TPO/lease)
Overcome objections and close deals on the spot or through structured follow-up
Deliver Consultative Sales Experience
Educate homeowners on energy savings, system performance, and long-term ROI
Pipeline & Performance
Track activity, follow-ups, and deal stages in CRM
Work with setters, operations, and install teams to ensure smooth deal flow
Maintain deal accuracy for fast approvals and installations
Experience with in-home presentations and/or virtual sales

Deep understanding of solar financing (loan, cash, lease/TPO)
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
