Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Connect Search, LLC Director of Recruiting and Business Development We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to lead our client's accounting operations. In this role, you will handle journal entry preparation and review, account reconciliation oversight, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting. You’ll also partner with leadership on audits, tax filings, and ERP system implementation. The role is hybrid, 3 days a week onsite. Base salary range is targeted at $120K - $140K, depending on experience and match to the required and preferred criteria. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage month-end/year-end closes and financial reporting (GAAP) Supervise and mentor accounting staff Oversee account reconciliations and workflow improvements Review journal entries and ensure accuracy Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors Support ERP implementation projects What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years’ accounting experience, including 2+ in management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and process improvement Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to be in a hands-on accounting role If you’re an experienced accounting leader who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys improving processes, we’d love to hear from you!
