What You'll Do

• Float across multiple units, including medical care, post-surgical, and intermediate care units
• Apply the nursing process to assess and care for patients within your scope of practice
• Document patient care thoroughly in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and crises
• Teach patients and their families about care plans and health management
• Prioritize and adapt to changing patient needs with a friendly, helpful attitude

What You Need

• Oregon RN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical or surgical unit
• Ability to float between units, maintaining flexibility and professionalism

• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
