What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments of mental health patients, including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor vital signs, manage wound care, and operate medical equipment such as infusion pumps and monitors
• Support patients through education about illness, medications, and wellness
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly in electronic medical records

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon Registered Nurse license
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
