What You'll Do:

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs upon admission
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and perform wound care as needed
• Support patients with activities of daily living, including fall risk management and safe patient handling
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness practices
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon RN license
• Minimum of 1-year behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
