What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care across medical care, surgical, and Intermediate Care Units
• Apply nursing processes within the scope defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and crises
• Prioritize and adapt to changing patient and unit needs with flexibility and professionalism
• Document all patient care accurately in electronic health records

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Oregon RN license
  • BLS certification
  • 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in acute or hospital settings
• Preferred:
  • Ability to float between units, including medical care, post-surgical, and intermediate care
  • Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills
