What You'll Do

• Apply the nursing process within the scope of practice defined by Oregon State Board of Nursing to care for emergency patients.
• Educate patients and their families regarding their health and treatments.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency services during evening shifts.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changing conditions.
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout their ER stay.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Prior ER nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Certifications in BLS, ACLS (if applicable)
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
