What You'll Do:

• Conduct patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medication and monitor patient responses
• Assist with activities of daily living, fall risk management, and safe patient handling
• Support biopsychosocial care, wound care, pain management, and use of medical equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and licensed practitioners on procedures and patient care
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and wellness strategies

What You Need:

Required:

• Oregon RN license
• Knowledge of nursing practices in behavioral health settings
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills
• Ability to respond to emergency situations efficiently

Preferred:

• Previous behavioral health experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
