What You'll Do

• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Adapt to various unit needs while maintaining professional care standards.

What You Need

• Valid Oregon RN license
• BLS certification
• Ability to float among units and prioritize patient needs
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience in hospital or acute care settings
• Flexibility in scheduling and mobility across units
