What You'll Do
- Apply the nursing process to assess and care for ER patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Document patient interactions accurately in medical records.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital and state nursing regulations.
What You Need
- Valid Oregon RN license
- At least 1 year of ER or acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work nights and adapt to fast-paced environment
