ECommerce Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY - In Office Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM Salary: (Based on Experience) Position Overview A growing e-commerce linen company in Brooklyn is seeking a reliable and organized E-Commerce Operations Associate to join its team full-time. This is a hands-on position that combines e-commerce operations, order management, general office responsibilities, and occasional warehouse support . The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day while also being willing to assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment when needed. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operation of the company's e-commerce business. Process and manage online customer orders. Review orders for accuracy and ensure they are properly prepared for fulfillment. Update product, order, customer, and inventory information as needed. Assist with general e-commerce administrative responsibilities. Monitor orders and help resolve fulfillment or shipping issues. Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately. Assist with inventory and product organization. Occasionally package, label, and prepare products for shipment in the warehouse. Help maintain an organized and efficient order fulfillment process. Provide general office and operational support as needed. Assist the team with additional e-commerce projects and responsibilities as the business grows. Qualifications Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, order processing, fulfillment, or office operations is preferred. Comfortable working with computers and learning e-commerce platforms and systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately process orders and maintain records. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable assisting with hands-on packaging and warehouse tasks when necessary.
