Position SummaryAML Officer for BNY’s Bank Custody Solutions business and FCC Advisor to BNY Wealth (BNY Mellon N.A.)Works as a senior member of BNY’s FCC Advisory Team that supports Wealth, Broker-Dealers, Markets and Investments related platforms, legal entities, and businesses.Plays a critical role within the Risk & Regulatory Compliance function and the Compliance & Control job familyHelps ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulationsAligns with BNY’s strategic focus on trust, integrity, accountability, and transparencyRequires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirementsPrimary ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements compliance policies and procedures using extensive knowledge of regulatory requirementsHelps business units address complex regulatory and policy requirementsLeads assigned businesses in developing procedures for current and upcoming requirementsMaintains relationships with regulators and senior business leadersMonitors and interprets regulatory changes and advises senior management on implications and policy adjustmentsEducation/QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required10–12 years of total work experience preferredExperience with financial crimes compliance, financial services compliance, assigned products/services/business lines, and relevant laws and regulations preferredAt BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
