Location: North Plainfield, NJ (In-Person) About Avantier Inc. At Avantier, you wont just have a jobyoull work on real, cutting-edge technology used in the real world. Were a global photonics company (25+ years) specializing in custom optical design, engineering, and manufacturing. We serve high-tech industries including aerospace, defense, and life sciences. What Youll Do This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations.
- Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
- Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
- Handle general administrative and operational support as needed
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Real exposure to high-tech industry (optics, engineering)
