Bilingual Recruiter (English/Mandarin)

Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual full-cycle recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Port Reading, NJ. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role. Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
