Title: In-Home Sales Representative

Location : Havertown, PA (In-Office)

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000–$175,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, diagnose comfort challenges, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and peace of mind.

You will:

• Provide personalized comfort solutions
• Evaluate heating & cooling systems
• Recommend customized options
• Educate clients on equipment, financing, and long-term value
• Prepare clear, professional proposals
• Partner with installation teams
• Build long-term client relationships
• Grow through ongoing sales and manufacturer training

What You Bring

• Proven sales success
• Outside or in-home sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to guide buying decisions
• Professional, client-focused presentation
• Self-motivation and strong follow-through
• Ability to learn new products and technical info
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable by our carrier

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience selling higher-ticket products
• Background in home improvement or similar industries
• Performance-based compensation experience
• Interest in long-term career growth
• HVAC experience (we’ll train you if you don’t have it)
