ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003, and today were a strong, growing team of 11. Before opening the agency, I began my career in State Farms Claims Department, which gave me a deep understanding of the industry and a strong foundation for serving customers. Im a proud graduate of the University of Utah and a dog lover my two pups are an important part of my life and often part of the team culture, too.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Derrick Spencer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
