Rental AgentOurisman Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle rentals while delivering a seamless and professional experience for our customers-from reservation to vehicle return. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Deliver an exceptional rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner while preparing rental agreements.Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Meet or exceed established sales and service standards.Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including washing and vacuuming, as needed.Monitor and manage vehicle inventory on a daily basis to ensure availability.Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly, professionally, and in a helpful manner.Perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs.Ability to follow defined service and sales processes effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Previous customer service or vehicle rental experience preferred.Valid Virginia driver's license required.Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance optionsShort-term and Long-term disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and growth
