Quick Facts Location: 707 14th Street, Baraboo, WI 53913 Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 01/31/2027 Schedule: 0700 – 0700 (day/night combination), shifts 5x8 hours Shift: Combination of weekdays and weekends Hours/Week: Variable based on shifts Employment Type: Contract / Locum License/Certs: Valid WI License, BLS, ACLS, NRP, CSR, DEA Experience: 1-2 years preferred in routine labor management, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, postpartum rounding Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $253.50/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide labor and delivery coverage in a hospital-based OB/GYN department Manage routine labor, including vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections Conduct postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consults Support staff and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care Document care in EPIC EMR system Float to other nearby sites as needed (Janesville, Monroe Clinic, Madison, etc.) Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards What You Need MD/DO with valid Wisconsin license (IMLC accepted) Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred Willing to float to other facilities as needed About the Assignment Join a dynamic OB/GYN department primarily focused on labor and delivery within a leading hospital in Baraboo, WI.
