Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care and facility performance. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility, including compliance, staffing, financial performance, and overall resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily facility operations and ensuring quality resident care

• Maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

• Managing budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance

• Leading, developing, and supporting facility staff

• Overseeing admissions, discharges, and census development

• Implementing quality improvement initiatives

• Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field

• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing budgets and operations

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with census growth or business development

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
