Vice President, FIG Client Coverage (Hybrid – New York, NY)

Responsibilities

• Work with the firm’s largest client relationships and respective coverage teams to progress commercial efforts.
• Conduct analyses and develop insights that support decision‑making, delivering concrete outcomes and communicating progress to senior leadership.
• Independently own workstreams end‑to‑end; lead the strategy, design the process, and drive execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Cultivate and leverage a strong network across the BNY enterprise.
• Communicate effectively with key business partners and senior stakeholders, developing and delivering informational and decision‑seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 5‑8 years of total work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills; able to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and eye for detail.
• Ability to grow within the role – develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients.
• Effective team member with willingness and eagerness to tackle new challenges and work across numerous workstreams.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines.

The expected base salary for this position can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package; it may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award, 401(k) plan, and company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and eligible dependents. Other benefits (including various paid time off benefits such as vacation and sick time) are dependent on the position offered.
