Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments tailored for children and adolescents, with an emphasis on identifying mental health issues, strengths, and social dynamics.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies while addressing the specific needs of each student.
• Engage in regular consultations with school staff and families, fostering a team approach to mental health that supports the academic and emotional needs of students.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for students to express their feelings and experiences.

This position focuses primarily on children and adolescents in a school setting, many of whom may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is essential.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy in a school or similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits
