Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using video chat to provide immediate and effective mental health support.
• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in establishing and achieving personal goals that promote emotional growth and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to each client’s therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents within educational settings. You will work to support students facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
