Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Executive Director to lead our Independent Living and Assisted Living community. As a visionary leader, you will inspire a culture of excellence, foster genuine relationships, and create a community where residents live with dignity, purpose, independence, and joy. Our Executive Director serves as the heart of the community—leading by example, inspiring team members, partnering with families, and ensuring every resident receives exceptional service in an environment they are proud to call home.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, mission-driven workplace where every team member feels valued, engaged, and empowered.

• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing department leaders and staff.

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience, championing resident-centered services that promote independence, dignity, wellness, and quality of life.

• Direct daily operations for Independent Living and Assisted Living, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

• Manage community operations with strong fiscal responsibility, developing and overseeing annual operating budgets and capital planning.

• Partner closely with the Community Sales Director to drive occupancy growth and market success.

• Maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community environment, overseeing preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement planning.

• Represent Cascades at Delray as a respected leader within the local community.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

• Assisted Living Core Training Certification.

• Executive Director, Administrator, or General Manager experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, or Healthcare.

• Demonstrated success managing annual operating budgets exceeding $1 million.

• Proven experience leading occupancy growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

• Strong business development, networking, and community relationship-building experience.
