Position: Bank Teller Location: Morrisville, NC Pay: $19 – $22/hour Experience: Previous teller experience in a credit union or banking environment is required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Type: Full-time; Temp-to-Perm Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM Greene Resources is seeking a Bank Teller to join a growing and dynamic team! Our client, a well-established credit union in Durham, NC, is seeking an experienced Teller to join their member services team. This individual will handle daily financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism, while also delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and eager to grow within the credit union. This role offers the opportunity to advance into a Member Services Representative position, where responsibilities include opening new accounts, handling IRAs, and processing loan applications. Job Description Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries. Verify account details and ensure accuracy across all financial transactions. Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions. Process payments and advances on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit. Cross-sell financial products and services to meet member needs. Provide exceptional member service in person, by phone, and via email. Maintain accuracy and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information. Position Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-screen navigation. Strong numerical, accuracy, and balancing skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to and from the branch.
