We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage the daily bank deposit, incoming mail, voicemails and other administrative tasks. Assist in handling incoming customer service inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
