Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Kentucky, United States. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and develop a comprehensive legal skill set across various practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation. Responsibilities Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. Requirements Licensed in Kentucky (required). 0-3+ years of experience (all qualified applicants considered). Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and driven. Multi-state licensure is a plus, especially if licensed in Indiana or Ohio. Experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or collections is desirable. Federal licensure is advantageous. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Kentucky. Skills Strong legal writing and communication skills.
